Master Roaster Sean Boyd put a great deal of thought into creating the Red Whale 415 Roast. 415 is not only our area code but it's also the temperature that this coffee is roasted to...except in April where Sean kicks it to 420 in homage of the 420 Crew for San Rafael High. In creating this unique coffee blend of Sumatra and Mexican coffees, Sean captured the feeling and attitude of the San Francisco Bay Area in a coffee that has become a staple coffee and favorite.
