How much does each cup of coffee cost?
While we understand that there is a bottom line reality for all businesses, we cringe when we hear a chef fixate on the per cup price of coffee. A cup of great coffee is priceless; so is the lasting final impression as a customer ends their experience with you and walks out the door. Saving a few cents on generic coffee and cutting costs by using sub-par equipment can upset stomachs and ruin an otherwise good meal experience. Great coffee is worth every penny; it provides the best last impression and will differentiate you from your competition.
