Spicy, fruit tones, chocolate, bright a very special coffee from one of the most rich coffee history countries.  Yemen only produces Arabica coffees and only natural processed coffees.

The coffee culture of Yemen is like no other, the origianl place of coffee, commercialized and traded through the port of Al Mahka (Mokha).  Yemeni coffee has a rustically distinct flavor profile, attributed to the old stock and near drought conditions.

CUPPING NOTES:

This Yemen is full of dried fruit notes - apricot and banana as well as layers of developed sugars. Darker roasts bring out a woodiness, along with notes of chocolate.
