Shipping costs will be shown on the shopping cart when you check out.
Shipping Damage
Shipments to Canada, the US, and Western Europe are insured. Shipments to other countries are not insured.
We insure your appliance shipment with Canada Post as indicated above. Please inspect your package for dents or other damage when it arrives. If you notice damage, please note it on the carrier’s freight bill or receipt, and obtain a copy. Then call Canada Post immediately at 1 800 267-1177 to report the damage. Please keep all packaging, including boxes and shipping labels, to allow inspection by Canada Post. Please also notify us that your machine arrived damaged.

Our Return Policy
Unused appliances may be returned within 14 days of purchase (30 days in the case of appliances purchased between December 1 and December 25th as gifts). Once used a product will not be refunded. There is a 10% restocking fee for unused appliances. We will reimburse 90% of the appliance’s original purchase price and we do not reimburse our shipping costs. Simply call our office during the 14 or 30-day return period to explain the problem and to obtain an RMA authorization number (Return Authorization Number -- we do not automatically accept returns without authorization). Once you have the RMA, you may return the appliance to our office. Be sure to include:
- All the parts and accessories as well as the appliance itself
- The instruction booklets
- All packaging in good condition.
Securely pack items and seal the package. Attach From/To Labels to the package and remove any other shipping labels. Please return via Canada Post and be sure to insure the shipment for its full value -- you are liable for the shipment. Retain a copy of the shipping receipt and tracking number; this is your proof of shipment if the machine is lost or damaged. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not accept collect or postage-due shipments.
If the original packaging needs to be replaced, or if an unused machine has been returned without authorization, the restocking fee will be 15%.
If your returned appliance arrives in new and re-salable condition, in its original cartons and its original packing, with all accessories, guarantees and instructions, and if the return has been authorized, we will refund 90% of the full cost of the appliance, but not any shipping and handling costs.
For sales outside Canada and the USA, the customer pays for shipping both ways on all returns.
