The Tres Oros is a brand, meaning not a specific farm but rather a family of farms in the Oaxaca highlands that are milled together, and that sell under this name. Many of these farms produce too little to sell their coffee separately. It is clean and sweet in the cup with a wonderful flavor of soft chocolate tones with vanilla, maple, caramel and hazelnut hints. The body is medium but it seems to intensify as the cup cools.
